HELP!!! "05" DURAMAX LLY NO POWER

Hello,
I am from a conversion company from Australia. I have a 6.6 LLY with 10,000kms that has no power on take off.
It seems to run fine once hits 2nd gear.It has no codes I have compared it with another vehicle and tech2 readings seem to be the same I have changed fuel filter,air filter,engine and trans computers, maf sensor, map sensor, some sensor on turbo?, injector driver unit, gearbox sensors, accelerator pedal, and much more. And still no power. If anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

The turbo vane position needs to be re-learned by the ECM whenever the turbo vane position components or ECM are replaced. You'll need a Tech II to do this.

Thanks.I will do that. but the no power problem was there before that anyway.

If you can successfully complete the learn procedures, that'll at least let you know that those components are not the problem.
