needing injectors changed, will my exhaust void my warranty

i have the classic long starting on my 03 dmax and im going to take it in to get the injectors hopefully replaced next week, i have a few addons and wonder what i need to do with them, i have an edge juice and predator, no big deal to get rid of, i have a pacific performance boost increase valve, will have to buy a new hose if needed, and straight 4" pipe for exhaust, how much of this do i need to worry about before i take it in.

I have a straight pipe in place of the muffler and had my injectors replaced under warranty with no problems.

Sure its not your fuel filter clogged, or bad fuel?

i have changed the fuel filter once already in the last 10k miles, i guess i could try that, it has been hard to start since i got it when it had 50k on it, now it has 72k

My dealer doesn't care about aftermarket add-on's and replaced my injectors with juice installed and straight pipe. They just un-plugged the juice before they reprogrammed the ECU.
