New LLY Owner looking for upgrades

I am a proud new owner of a 2004 4X4 C/C Dually and I am looking to do a few things with advice from all you experienced folks. I have been reading the posts a little bit and have a few questions.
Is the new juice available yet?
Does anyone know where I can get a 6" lift kit for this truck, it seems everyone makes it for the 2500 but they are reluctant to do a 3500 kit. What is the preferred intake and exhaust and why?
What is the preferred oil ran in these bad boys?
What is avg. mpg people are getting? I am getting 13.5 overall. 60% highway/40% local. Little heavy on the foot but not all the time. ;)

I know these are a lot of questions and I am sure I will have more that I will ask.
I like this truck and what to treat her right? :cool:

juice for the lly will be availble to public very soon. I am testing a prototype unit for edge on my truck.... There are about 10 or so boxes in lly truck that edge has to fine tune the engine. I would expect edge to release this in the next few days,But I really dont know . Just like the lb7 it has great low end power,perfect for towing! or just acting like a kid.
