Hello, Anyone know where to find invoice pricing on 4500 Kodiak online. I've been looking with no luck. I've found a 4500 Kodiak I want to buy and I'm not sure what I should offer the stealer. He has a "SALE" price listed of 37,495 for D-Max/Allison set up and a few options really nice truck. Any information would be appreciated. Thank You
