OIl drain plug leak

Has anyone had problems with oil leaking around the drain plug? I have a 01 with 24k, I get free oil changes from the dealer. Was ok till 2 changes ago. After this oil change it begin to leak aroung the plug. They ordered new plug and put in on the next change. Didn't leak at all. Had oil changed last week, now it is leaking again. Are they tightening it to much? IS there something different about these plugs? Would a Fumoto valve be the way to go?

Go for the Fumoto Valve (http://www.fumotovalve.com/) . They are excellent... I had one on my Dmax but it had to go when I put the OilGuard on ... I still have one on my car though. It Make oil changes very convenient. :cool: Several DP advertisers sell them.
