Can anyone tell me what the weight per tire is for the DMAX 2500 ext cab? I
ZAP.....you have got to be kidding? Man, that truck weighs about 6,400 lbs. Let's see...that's about 1,600 lbs per wheel.. UNLOADED. At least get a set of "D" rated tires. Remember that snow and Ice "ADD" weight to your truck and 6ply tires are much easyer to "POP" than 8 or 10 ply. Go get some BFG's and just air them down to 30 psi. BFG's have the heavy sidewall so it should not be a problem, plus you can air them up after the snow.
32,000k trucks don't work well on a 14,000k truck budget.

Load range D MINIMUM, E preferrable. You need the ply for stability and handling.
I run Bridgestone Blizzak W965's in a 235/85/16E for nasty winter driving...
