2001 Dmax re-sale

A friend of mine has a 2001 CC SB Ls Dmax/Alli that he is wanting to sale.. It has about 60K miles on it and is in very good shape. White w/ Graphite cloth buckets. He is thinking about trading it to the dealer but I am thinking about buying it from him as well. What would be a fair price for both of us? If I don't buy it he may sell it if anyone else is interested. Thanks in advance

I went through the same thing when I bought mine. Basically we both went to www.kbb.com (http://www.kbb.com) and worked up a private sale price based on "the best that can be expected in a private sale" and the truck condition/accessories. We agreed on that price and he basically threw in the air bag rear suspension assist and the 5th wheel hitch free.

I thought that was fair.
