fuel filter

changed fuel filter 2 days ago now have serious fuel loss but dont see any leaks while idling have light white smoke at idle and also idles a little rough any help would be greatly appreciated

If the only change you made was the fuel filter, then I would guess you have an air leak. The fuel system usually runs under a vacuum, so you would not see a leak just looking for it. You need to pressure up the system by pumping the fuel filter and then looking for a leak. If that does not help, remove the fuel filter and insure all o-rings are in place and look O.K. and then re-install.

thanks for the info Don we took the filter off checked the o rings every thing looked fine .reinstalled will try it tomorrow. lost a tank of fuel on 150 mile trip today. if it is still leaking might try another filter
