In case any of you are interested I saw my first Dmax mistake last week. A friend of mine with his first diesel went to a filling station and put 86 octane gas in his 01 Dmax.Unfortunatly he also drove it home almost 2 miles away.A couple hours of draining and filling and a new fuel filter and its running just like nothing ever happened.I was pleasantly surprised by this,I did not think a new hi-tech diesel would take such misuse.
