Yes, I searched the site for this - some have installed in floor pan others on tranny cross member. Now with 20-20 hindsight applied which is the preferred location and orientation - I do not care for oil changes that are any more messy than absolutely necessary. The Oilguard folks are sufficiently vague on the topic. Thanks. Vehicle is 2005 2500HD D/A 4X4.
