Hello All,
I haven't posted in a while since my truck has been trouble-free until recently that is. :mad: I think I have the classic PMD/FSD failure; truck just shuts off without warning and at no particular time. It just quits like someone turned off the key.
My question is that I have access (via a friend of a friend) to a new PMD for only $150 new in the box but I need to make sure it is correct for my truck which is a '96 C3500 2wd manual trans with the 6.5 (of course). The part number he has is 12562836. I wasn't sure if there were different part numbers for these by year or not. :confused: Would this one be correct for my truck?
Also, if I decide to make my own remote cooler heatsink, can't I just cut and resplice the factory harness to make it as long as I need to?
