Foglights not working?

I have checked the bulbs and they are ok, I have checked the fuses and they are ok, does anyone have any other ideas why they would not be working?

A little more background like model year etc would be helpful. Were they installed from new and working then just quit? Does the indicator by the push button work? Are you sure that you are pushing the fog light button and not the cargo light button?

2003 dmax. extended cab.
i am pushing the fog lamp button in and the little orange lite comes on, that says it is working, but i go to check and they are not on.
also i dont not have my hi beams on, i know they only work when hi beams are off.

i did jump someones car the other day, i cannot say if this had something to do with it or not, because i dont know when they stopped working.

oh i forgot, they were installed from delivery from the factory
