My service engine soon light came on this morning and everything seems fine. Is this set to come on at certain milage and do I have to take to Dealer to reset ? Have just over 26,000 miles.

There are no set intervals for the SES light to come on. If it's on, the PCM thinks something is wrong. You'll have to pull the code to see what it is if all else is well. Many Autozones will check codes for free.
If you are still under warranty, might as well go to the dealer. If not, get the code pulled before they start the meter. Could be something trivial.
Just had my SES light on also and truck seemed to run fine.Dealership replaced MAF sensor under warranty. Also there was corrosion on the connectors that plug into the MAF sensor. They replaced that also. The MAF sensor costs over $200.00 if not in warranty.

Update.. SES light came on the next day again. Took back to Dealer Friday morning and code PO181 came up again.. There is a PCM update for this code. So was the fuel temp sensor a guess ? Well see if that keeps the light off...
