ESO Solenoid

I have Suburban 98 mod. And lately it wont restart then the engine is hot!
This only happens occasionally; beside from this the truck works ok!
I have cheek the codes today and the say fault in ESO solenoid!
And one says

Failures can be caused by poor electrical connections - check battery cables (both ends - battery and engine), grounds, harness connectors in engine bay.
'Winterize' the electrical system - when all checks ok, if same codes occur, then it's replacement time.

Might want to clean points in (or replace) fuel-feed pump relay {excessive pt resistance could be dropping voltage to lift pump}. I'm assuming PCM controls lift pump via relay.....
