evaporator intercooler casting update

I cast another top part of the intercooler today. This is the first one that I did using a permanent pattern. The finish is not quite as smooth as I would have liked but it did fill nicely and has no sand holes so I think it's a keeper.

Here is some pictures of the mold and the casting. The black spots on the casting is just some sand that is still stuck to the aluminum. I have now removed this and it looks much better.
