High idle question

Does anybody know how the high idle works on the lly engine...I turned it on in the DIC and can't find it in the manual how to work it...I am beginning to think it does it by itself. If it does it by itself is there a way to program it to idle it up manually...Thanks...

So there is no way to do it any time you want...It cancells every time after it goes through a cycle...
