"Stacking" programmable modifications?

If I understand what I read in the different threads- some of you are using multiple program modifications. Edge Juice Box and ECM reflash, etc. Does this work well? Has there been a thread that discusses which of these combinations work well or best? Seems like this could result in problems that would be more difficult to diagnose. Thanks-

I have the TTS reflash and the juice box and they work great besides the high EGT's you'll see for a minute. I have also sent it into "limp mode" a couple of times. If your racing be sure to cut off one of the power adders before shifting to 5th gear and you should be alright. The truck is fast and i love not being shut off at 97mph since the reflash :D
