Dash lites and Parking lites

My dash lites and parking lites won't come on when I turn the switch on. The headlites come on, as soon as I turn the switch on. It takes about 30 minutes in the morning for them to come on and 2 or 3 minutes to come on when I turn them off and turn them back on. The fuse looks ok.The turn signals work fine.

Sounds like a headlite switch or the connector to the switch.

I had to replace the connector on mine (note the connector's about $65.00 IIRC).

I'll see if I still have the connector part #.

Sounds like either a ground (there's one behind the dash that comes to mind) or the ignitions switch located below the key-tumbler assembly in the steering column. If the engine won't turn, that's symptomatic of the switch. They make trouble on hi-milers.
