For those of you who are running the Amsoil dual remote bypass filter setup, where did you mount it? What has proven to be the best placement?

Under the front of my Ranchhand front bumper. And no I don't worry about what might happen if I'm in an accident. If the ranchhand bumper is hit hard enough to mess with the oil filter, then the trucks in way to bad a shape to drive!!!
I ran the hose's thru the frame buy the way.

Under the drivers seat area there is a thin aluminium plate that looks like it might be a heat shield, with no source of heat? I removed this plate put an 1/8" plate with3/4" rise to match shape of one removed. It's close to adapter, tucked under frame and I've had it there for over a year with no issues.

Mount it on the frame just about 12" back of the OEM filter. With the bracket I have you can install the whole system in about 45 min. to and hour.

I just got done installing mine with the bracket from Lube Spesialist. I modified it to sit a little higher and it still only too about an hour. It's a good piece, worth evey penny. I've got pics of it on web shots. Hope they help a little.
