Hi!
Since June 23rd, during atypically hot weather and for frequent hot starts, I have had no starting problems! This is the direct result of the combined efforts of people here, at TheDieselPage.com who give their time to help others, Chevrolet, and the dealership. They all deserve a great big thanks for helping to resolve an intermittent problem. No more hood popping for me!
The last item replaced, which seems to have at least seriously minimized the starting problem, was:
"Replaced the fuel filter housing per engineering"
