Hi Folks,
Does some one happen to know the right amount of torque recomended for injector installation ?
Or is this a tighten untill returns are parallel with the head deal ?

The correct torque value for 6.2/6.5 injectors is 50-ft/lbs. Always ensure the old copper washers come out with the old injectors, and then use new copper washers with the new installation. Be careful to apply the torque only to the larger 30mm hex section of the injector - not the smaller top half.

Alignment of the fuel return nipples is not a consideration. They can end up at any clock position.
