front differential lube

Hey guys, what is the recommended front differential lube on the 4x4. Is it 75w-90 or 80w-90.

80W90! But I don`t know how much it takes. As I haven`t gottin` around to changing it out yet. I am looking for a good syn 80W90 to use.
