Developed starting problem in Texas in Feb. Replaced lift pump. Made no difference. Replaced PMD Module. problem solved temporarily. Engine refused to start after it was hot until it cooled off. If I open the filter bleed valve a bit of fuel squirts out and engine starts. Something doesn't make sense. Any ideas?

Welcome to the list.

At the top of this page you will see a search feature. This is where the archives are listed.

On your no start issue I would guess at this point the injection pump could be failing. Heat is a killer to the electronic injection pump. Another item which will shorten its life is a failed lift pump located under the driver's seat on the frame rail. The injection pump needs a good supply of fuel to cool it and help it do its job.

These injection pumps are good for 11 years or 120,000 miles from the dealer with NO deductable.
